Enrollment application includes:

  • Physician's Report (annual physical)
  • Child's Immunization Record (must be current) 
  • Personal Rights form
  • Consent for Medical Treatment form
  • Identification and Emergency form
  • Child Preadmission Health History form
  • Parent's Rights form
  • Caregiver Background Check Process form
  • Financial Agreement (done in office)
  • Sunblock permission form (done in office)
  • Photo and video release and permission form (done in office, optional)

Set up a tour! 

Tours can be given Monday through Friday
9:30am-11:30am or 2:30pm -5:00pm

Tuition Rates and School Fees

Your rate will be verified at the time of student admission and will be documented on the registration form. A $45.00 one-time non-refundable enrollment fee is due before your child’s first day. When you are enrolling more than one child, there is a 10% discount on one child tuition fee and on the lowest tuition fee. Enrollment for discount must be a minimum of four full days or four half-days. 

School tuition will be through an electronic payment option, check or cash. We do offer a two-day grace period following each due date. A late fee of $5.00 per day is charged if payment is not received after the two-day grace period. This includes weekends and holidays. We give no credit for days off or vacation. You can request a make-up day only in the week you have missed, ask your teachers. 

10% Discount for siblings

Deducted from lowest tuition amount, must be enrolled in 4 full or 4 half days for discount.
